People are the key to the success of any business and Exalta Transport is successful because of the calibre of its dedicated staff.
Exalta Transport trains and certifies all of its personnel in the transportation of dangerous goods. Professional Driver Improvement Courses are offered annually by certified employee trainers and all drivers must take the course at least every 4 years. All of the highway drivers in both linehaul operations and in the truckload division are trained and regularly recertified in the operation of Long Combination Vehicles. First aid courses are provided so that every terminal has qualified staff available in the event of an emergency.
Forklift operators are trained in the safe operation of material handling equipment.
