President's Message
Exalta Transport has a proud history of providing scheduled general freight service in Western Canada. Medalta Transport, which amalgamated with Exalta Transport in the 90's, began serving Medicine Hat from Calgary in 1962. From that humble start, Exalta has grown into a regional carrier serving hundreds of communities in Alberta and Saskatchewan through a network of seven terminals and utilizing over 300 pieces of company owned equipment.
Although a lot of changes have happened over the years, the one constant has been the dedication of our staff to provide a consistently high standard of service to our customers. Exalta has been the leader in reducing transit times between towns and cities on the southern prairies, providing overnight service between points that were accustomed to getting second or third day deliveries.
We will continue to strive for improvement in achieving our goal of delivering every shipment on time and damage free for our customers.
